TRIBUTE FROM EVA MENSAH-COLE

Auntie Anna as I affectionately called her has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child visiting during my "long vac" you always made me feel welcome. I recall especially this meatloaf that you used to prepare. There have been many dishes but that 's the one that sticks in my mind. I have not picked up any of your culinary skills though.

As I have grown up and visited with my children this welcome has also been extended to them. They remember the miniature wooden animals you gave them. I have always admired you Auntie Anna and grateful to have had you in my life though I never got the opportunity to say so.

Your death has been a shock but I know you are resting peacefully in the bosom of the Almighty.
